Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a great location, near plenty of dining options. The rooms were closed and bit chilly, with one king bed. The service was friendly, accommodating, and going up-and-down four flights of stairs could be a hassle. The location was good, right next to the freeway. Dining was included in the price, but traditional meals were offered. Rooms were loud throughout the night.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The rooms had everything I needed to relax and get some writing done, but there was a lingering smell of smoke that was a bit off-putting. However, I was reassured that this would be taken care of. The room was also a bit cold during my stay which was a downside. The service was attentive in helping me find my lost iPod and securing me an upper floor room even though one staff member came across a little rude. The location was decent, conveniently close to the highway making it easy for my trip, and I enjoyed the proximity to various food options. The dining experience seemed like a bonus, with the homemade rolls being a highlight. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel rooms were spacious and had good food but were not very quiet. The service was exceptional and staff went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. The location was safe and quiet with some nearby restaurants, but a few homeless people lingered around. The dining was decent but came at an extra cost. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
